Welcome to Veltino. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our clothing products. By visiting our website, creating an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
In these Terms, “Veltino”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Veltino, and “you” refers to the person visiting or buying from our website. Our online store is powered by Shopify.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, and be legally able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is true, accurate and complete.
2. Products and Descriptions
We try to display our products, colours, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see may differ slightly depending on your screen settings, and small variations in fabric, stitching or print can occur in clothing products. Please check the size chart and product details before ordering.
All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue or change a product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place your order. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a COD fee of ₹200 per order, which is also shown at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
4. Placing and Accepting Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it by email, SMS or WhatsApp, or when the product is dispatched.
We may refuse or limit any order, including in cases of stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect or incomplete address details, or inability to verify your order.
Order confirmation messages are sent to the email address and mobile number you provide, so please make sure they are correct.
5. Payments
We offer prepaid payment options and Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability at checkout.
Prepaid payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials. Your payment is also subject to the terms of the payment provider you use.
Cash on Delivery: COD may not be available for all pin codes or order values. A COD fee of ₹200 per order applies and is added to your order total at checkout. We may contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp to confirm your COD order before dispatch. If we cannot reach you or you do not confirm the order, we may not be able to dispatch it. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Refused or undelivered COD orders: If you repeatedly refuse to accept COD orders, are unavailable at delivery, or give false details, we may restrict COD for future orders from you.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the addresses and pin codes serviceable by our logistics partners. Estimated delivery times shown on our website or in our messages are only estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of courier issues, weather, public holidays, remote locations or other events beyond our control.
You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address and a working mobile number. Orders returned to us because of a wrong address or unreachable customer may be re-shipped at additional cost to you.

7. Your Responsibilities When Using Our Website
You agree that you will not:
- Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Give false, misleading or someone else’s personal or payment information.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Place orders in bulk for resale without our prior written permission.
- Copy, upload or distribute harmful code, viruses or abusive content.
We may restrict or block access to the website if we believe these Terms are being violated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Veltino name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, text and layout, belongs to Veltino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We provide our website and products on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veltino will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
